Solitude is Enriching
"Solitude is Enriching" combines digital illustration with a traditional frame by frame animation style. It was digitized on an app called ARTIVIVE, allowing users to transform their physical illustrations into animations. The user must open the app and point their smartphone at the animation's poster in order for it to come to life. This animation reflects on the concept of truisms, a statement that is noted as self evident or obvious. Ultimately, I wanted to portray solitude as a self-reflection practice that can bring your creativity to life. The illustrations in the animation represent the ideation process and allude to all the things you can accomplish while spending time alone.
